Tel-Aviv, established just in 1909 as a small neighborhood outside Jaffa, these days is the modern center of Israel. It is called often "the city that never stops", since even at 3am you'll find a plenty of coffee shops and bars open just on the beach of the Mediterranean sea.

Lunch Break: taste the famous Humus of the village Abu Gosh
- Visit the famous Crusader's Church of Abu Gosh, including the restored wall paintings from the middle ages.
- Armored Corps museum, Latrun [*]. Unique open-air museum displays the collection of hundreds of Israeli tanks, including the famous Merkava tank, that was developed in Israel. You can actually climb on a tank, if you wish!
